Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every sip, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened tea and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or tea products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
